By purchasing or participating in any service provided by Health Impact, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Health Impact provides online nutrition, lifestyle, and health coaching services, including but not limited to:

• 1:1 online coaching
• consultations
• nutrition guidance
• meal plans
• educational resources
• coaching support via WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, email or similar platforms.

All services are provided exclusively online unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, lifestyle, allergies, medical conditions, medications, and other relevant circumstances.

Health Impact is not liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information provided by the Client.

Results vary per individual and depend on many factors including consistency, compliance, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, medical circumstances, and personal effort. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Health Impact does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

All coaching services, meal plans, and recommendations are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.

Clients should consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before making significant dietary, lifestyle, supplement, or health-related changes.

The Client acknowledges that participation in coaching services is entirely at their own risk.

Health Impact does not guarantee fertility, pregnancy, health improvements, symptom reduction, or any other physical or medical outcome.

4. Payments

All prices are communicated before purchase.

All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment may be made:

• in full upfront
• in up to 3 installments, if agreed in writing.

All installments must be fully paid before the end of the coaching program.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. No Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing the services, the Client expressly agrees that coaching services and digital materials may begin immediately and acknowledges that any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation right is waived once the services have started.

No refunds will be provided for:

• partially completed programs
• unused coaching time
• missed calls
• dissatisfaction
• failure to implement recommendations
• early termination by the Client

6. Scheduling & Communication

Coaching calls may be rescheduled if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be considered forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Health Impact, including but not limited to meal plans, educational materials, coaching documents and resources, remain the intellectual property of Health Impact.

The Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, sell, or commercially use any materials without prior written permission.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Health Impact will handle personal information with reasonable care and confidentiality and will only use client information for coaching, communication, administrative, and legal purposes.

While reasonable efforts are made to protect personal data, the Client acknowledges that communication through internet-based platforms may not always be completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Health Impact shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• emotional distress
• loss of income
• business losses
• health complications
• fertility outcomes
• or any damages arising from the use of coaching services

The Client remains fully responsible for the implementation of all advice and recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability of Health Impact shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the applicable service.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Health Impact reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services immediately in cases including but not limited to:

• inappropriate behavior
• harassment
• abuse
• non-compliance
• repeated missed payments
• violation of these Terms

Termination does not create any obligation for refunds.

11. Force Majeure

Health Impact shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Including but not limited to illness, internet outages, technical failures, travel disruptions, governmental measures, or force majeure events.

12. Changes to These Terms

Health Impact reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to all future services and agreements.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by Health Impact shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
